New Tires and Wheel Store in Elgin, IL 60123

I came to pick up my car closer to closing time and what I noticed is how clean the store was. They were wiping down fixtures counters, mopping was being done or customers were not, and everyone was very friendly. Really happy I chose them for my tires. I had a great experience.

I had brought my car in to have tire pressure monitoring sensors replaced. After Discount Tire replaced the sensors, one of my tires immediately began leaking air (about 5 psi per day). After evaluating the situation, the Discount Tire associate told me that my rim had corrosion on it and the tire will never again make a good seal with the rim and that I would need a new rim. My car is a 2015 Toyota RAV4 that has never been mistreated or neglected in any way. It is ABSOLUTELY INSANE to suggest that I need a new rim. I see similar vehicles all day long that are twice the age of mine and more and still have the original rims on them. I am convinced this was a dirty sales tactic to sell me a new rim and take advantage of me. I am so disappointed and will never go back to Discount Tire! My car was absolutely fine with no leaking air on the tires until I brought my car to Discount Tire.
