Wait time for tire installation was less than quoted. Friendly, helpful staff.

All of the employees I spoke with were friendly and accommodating! My van tire blew and had to be towed here to be fixed and I ended up just getting 4 new tires. My van got to the store an hour and a half before they closed and they got me right in and out before closing. They even stayed a few extra minutes so I could get there before they left. And the prices were the best by far!

The staff that worked with me were wonderful. I stopped by to inquire about tires and the discount tire card with 0% financing. I did not make an appointment. The wait time was less than 5 minutes to speak with Ivan. First we created an account for myself. Then we ordered tires and I left. The next day the tires came in, so after work I went in. Ivan said we could put the tires on that night, so I agreed and left my car there. They were closing in an hour. When i arrived back at 6pm, my car was still getting worked on. Waited about a half hour when it was done. When i drove away my tire pressure light came on, so i turned around. The techs quickly pulled my car back in to give it a second look. Really appreciate them being so helpful even at the end of their night. Left the lot feeling confident. I would definitely recommend homer glen discount tire.

Have been using this location for many years. Daughter/son-in-law also have been pointed there. Basically use the DT web site for comparisons/reviews along with others like Tire Rack. The DT web site can be clunky, especially when trying to look at all reviews. Seems only a filtered subset appears and it can take many iterations of changing the various filters to get a bigger picture of tire reviews. Appointment scheduling is simple & straight forward. Order status and appointment reminders are frequent. If one goes through the on-line ordering/scheduling, the check-in to out the door process is simple & quick.

All i can say is wow!! The store manager great experience i had here. He went above and beyond the call of duty for a sale. I had lost a stock wheel lock and they went out of there way to go and barrow one. I didn’t expect this since I know they are always busy and i would be back. Store manager advised my service would be done but that it would take a bit longer. Which i didnt mind since i was informed. All in all this one is a great establishment. So many words but trying to keep it short

Amazing service every time

Carter was great from the time I entered the store to when I received my tire. He saw me park and I didn’t even go inside the store. He brought my tire directly to me , loaded it in my car and thanked me for our business. I highly recommend Discount tire.
