New Tires and Wheel Store in Joliet, IL 60435

With my appointment i was in and out faster than stated always told step by step the progress of my vehicle

Employee was very accommodating and we compared recommended tire selection. He explained the pros & cons of the tires, asked me questions about my driving habits, where I do the most driving, weather concerns I have about tire performance. He recommended a tire and gave me a complete "out-the-door" price for all four tires being replaced. He told me the "perks" of buying at Discount Tire ex. Tire rotation, free tire repair, etc. He also went out and inspected the problem tire and the rest of the tires before we started looking at new ones. He noted my tires were 9yrs. old and told me I was well past the recommended replacement time of 6yrs. I also want to give praise to the two young men who checked my tire in the days previous to my purchase. Both were very nice and showed concern. On the second time I came for a tire inflation, the young man checked my tire valve, and visually inspected my tire, to see if he could see anything piercing my tire. I told him my tires were the originals that came on the car, when I bought it, so that's probably the problem. I might add, that the car shop area was also clean and organized. All in all, these things add up and explain why I've been coming to Discount Tire for the past 14 years. Keep up the good work Guys!

Very helpful and accommodating

Aside from the most recent experience they have all been good. Most recently I made an appointment, arrived in time, told about an hour, returned in a hour and car had not even been started. I was never told of a service delay even though they had my number for service updates. I happened to over hear them tell another customer who had been there for over an hour there were service delays. Then told 90 minutes in it would be another 5-10 minutes…30 minutes later the car was ready. Worst experience I have had, hopefully it was just one of those days.
