The Store Manager, Logan is very professional and courteous in every aspect. Logan gave me a more than adequate estimate. In addition I also replaced the rear wiper. Every time I go to the tire store in Shelbyville Road in Kentucky I get outstanding Customer Service from Logan. I would buy tires or perform services always, my favorite store. This was no doubt the best tire buying and install service I have ever had! I had scheduled an appointment for tire install at Discount Tire, per recommendation from Tire Rack, and was met at my vehicle promptly upon arrival by Logan. Aiden and Logan are knowledgeable and honest. Willing to listen, offer suggestions and match other quotes on same products. No scare tactics or hard sell. Routine rotations and balance checks, air checks are easy and prolong tire life and safety. Glad this shop doesn’t do the other stuff like brakes, alignment and oil changes. They concentrate on one thing and do it extremely well. Love the teamwork among associates. Clean work and waiting area. Recommend

Double check that your wiper blades are installed correctly. I did not and unfortunately one flew off the vehicle on the highway and the other disconnected but remained on the vehicle.
