My experience at the store was pleasant. I didn’t intend to purchase a new set of tires but the staff made the decision easy without any pressure.

This shop is the best tire shop that I have ever been to. I am 64 years old, and have been driving, and owning my first car since I was 15 years old. I've owned a lot of vehicles, and bought a lot of tires. The people that work here are the best! I have spent around $2600.00 in the last month for tires for my van, and tires & rims for my wife's car. I have nothing but good things to say about the way that we have been treated at this location.

Customer service at this store is fantastic. Every employee I’ve dealt with has had wonderful customer service and knowledge. The online appointment setting makes the process so smooth. I will continue to bring my cars back to this location!

Great prices on tires. Super fast, less than 1/2 hour to change all 4 tires. They do not push you to buy other products. Very knowledgeable

These guys are fantastic. Aiden really helped me when I had an issue with a tire that I had just purchased. He helped me get a set of tires on my truck that is better for my family. The process was very simple and the customer service is always great. They also do a really good job of balancing the large tires that I buy for my trucks and Jeeps so that I don't have to keep coming back to get it right. I really appreciate this.

Fantastic store and amazing employees. I am an old man that remembers when most businesses wanted to provide customers with friendly, helpful, and quick service. Those days are long gone for many businesses today. Not this store in Middletown Kentucky. Front line folks hustle, are polite and work hard to give you the best price and great service.
