Andrew and Jeff are knowledgeable, courteous, and provide exceptional customer service. The store is conveniently located and reasonably clean and comfortable. Product selection and availability is good, and the appointment system significantly reduces wait time. Discount Tire ‘Road Hazard Warranty’ Tire Certificates provide great piece of mind and have replaced a number of damaged tires over the years.
It was busy because of the recent snowfall. They were short staffed but handled it like professionals. Knowledgeable and personable.
I've never had a bad experience with this Discount Tire. The employees are always friendly & knowledgeable. They never push sales on you, which is great. As a woman, I'm always skeptical going to anything car related without my fiance, but I'm comfortable going there alone because I don't feel taken advantage of!
Everytime I go in the store or get my tires check all the employees are always helpful
Outstanding!
I get great friendly service, everytime I visit the store, Keep up the Great work.
Fast service from friendly people. I'll come back always.
So glad I went through discount tire. Their certificate option has been a life saver!
I was greeted upon arrival and was only sold what I needed. There was no pressure from the staff. I was also constantly updated with the operation and time until completion.
Very helpful knowledgeable personnel
Purchase 3 sets of 4 tires already this year. Very accustomed to good service at this store as I have been a customer for some time. Highly recommend stopping in to this store if you are in need of tires. You will be glad you did.
I received a text message that I had an appointment for my Nissan. I don't have a nissan. I didn't make an appointment. I called the store, and was told that there must have been an area code mistake, that it will not effect my warranties, and there was nothing more that could be done about it. Not just the phone number, but my name, address, history, work address, everything was on this invoice that I received. I then kept receiving text notices. In fact this survey was emailed, and is based on that appointment that I did not make. There is so many problems with this: Somewhere, there is a guy who may be denied a warranty, because it is all based on my information. My information is just floating around in the wild now, associated with a Nissan that I never owned. Car involved is some crime or investigation somewhere? There's this invoice that I bought tires for this car in the glove box. Maybe that invoice is stuck to a kilo of coke or a gun with an old cough drop that had melted through the wrapper. WHO KNOWS!? I know nothing else about this transaction that I am now forever linked to. If a company cannot maintain even this rudimentary level of data security, can they be trusted at all? If they really can't change any information on a receipt file, then why keep a receipt file? Inaccurate records are more harmful than no records, in many cases. Maybe I would not be so angry about it if I hadn't been alerted by text at every stage of the service on car that I did not own. And here's the major rub: I INSISTED that the number that was used here be removed from the system, exactly for PRIVACY reasons, and the fact that i was getting blown up with text messages. "Your car was checked in" "Your car is next in line" "Your car is in the bay" Ad Nauseum... Don't give Discount Tire your real phone number. They cannot handle the responsibility.
I’ll keep it short - they damaged two of my wheels last year. Last manager, Wayne, made it right by ordering me two new ones. Those wheels were on my 2021 Silverado and I just installed them on my 2024 Silverado. I needed the sensors reprogrammed for a 2024 so I brought it back to this location. The man at the counter, Darius, argued with me saying I had no sensors so he went and got his manager, Phil. Phil said the same thing and that he has been “doing this for 16 years”. A few days later I bring the truck back for new sensors to be installed. I ask for my old sensors back and they were the same exact Huf brand sensors they installed! I inspect my wheels before leaving and notice damage to the rim on the passenger rear. I go back in to get Phil to only be rudely argued with saying my wheel was damaged when I brought the truck in even though you can clearly see the damage is from their machines. Phil would not do anything for me so I left. On the way home, the driver front sensor already stops working. The next day, I bring the truck back to have the brand new sensor repaired/replaced. The man at the counter talks to the technician (Nate) that installed my new sensors and I can see him get frustrated and storm out the door into the shop. Moments later the man at the counter tells me they can not do anything for me because the truck is too new and said I would need genuine GM sensors. I accomplished nothing by bringing my vehicle to this location and in return I get a damaged wheel, wasted time, and rude service. I brought the truck to Belle Tire across the highway and they installed a new sensor for me and it has been working fine.
The guys were friendly and helpful. I had to wait a long time and the staff apologized. I expected a wait because I expected superb service which is what I received. I only needed a nail removed so I can’t speak to any other services. Thanks guys! You were awesome and made me laugh after an already long day!
