Nice and good customer service

I had booked an appointment online the day before, and got there right at the appointment time. They were super busy when I arrived so I was expecting a longer wait (which would be understandable), but was pleasantly surprised with quick, and friendly, service!

Ordered tires online, appointment set at time of order. At the time of the appointment it was a quick and easy process to drop off and pick up.

Terrance was great to work with. My time spent at the store was brief due to my tires needing to be ordered. When I dropped off the vehicle without an appointment, expecting it to be there all day I was notified 3 hours later that it was done. Great job by all who were involved. I know the ones in the shop don't get recognized for the work they do, so a special thanks to those people as well. Job well done.

Got a flat tire and they got me in same day and took my car immediately. They were very kind and thourough! Had me in and out in probably 15-20 min. They gave my all the information about my tire and what was done. Just seemed like the really cared. Highly recommend this Blaine store and any discount tire!!

I've been going here for years. They have the best prices & the best service. I always get the warranty on the tires. It's a no brainer. I always come back for free rotations & balance. My car dealership charges $60 to rotate tires. Discount Tire will even rotate & balance tires that you didn't even buy from them ! I am a customer for life. They are fast, friendly, & knowledgeable. Plus they have locations everywhere so if I get a slow leak at work I can just Google the closest one to where my job site is. I've done that several times over the years.

I have always had a great experience at the Blaine, MN store. Store Manager Danny does a great job! I went in for a tire rotation and assistant store manager, Brian found a nail or screw in my tire next to the side wall. Because it could be repaired and having an all wheel drive SUV, all four tires needed replacement. The tires were also badly worn which I was unaware of. Brian quickly found me some great tires and got the job done quickly, so I could be on my way.

Customer Service was above par. Lately retail stores suck at customer service. Discount Tire is above par. They have my recommendations.

I purchased tires online seeing it would be up to 30% faster. I think it was more like 50% faster. It was basically less than 30 minutes and I was on my way and the price was the best I could find.

Always a great experience at Discount Tire! This time all I needed was a tire repair but they were still professional and quick to get me taken care of. I always recommend Discount Tire because of the quality of service and excellent work they have done for our family over the past 13 years.

Superb service, work done in less time than I was expecting, and friendly associates made this a easy decision for return business. It is never fun to buy tires, but I received a great price on a solid product and received knowledgeable advice from the associate about replacement of my other 2 tires. His recommendations were honest, but not pushy, which I appreciated. I’ll definitely be back when it is time for the winter changeover and when it is time to buy new tires. The only way I can think of to improve on my time at Discount Tire in Blaine would be to bring the coffee/hospitality area back to the shop. The service, price, and friendliness of the people made this morning appointment a bright spot of my day. Thanks guys!

Always good service and competitive prices. Able to get me the updated model of General Altimax RT 45’s. Even though they were not showing in their system yet. Great tire,value btw.

This store has unmatched service. The Manager and his right hand man were incredibly accommodating and friendly. I had a wobble after putting on new tires and the manager and his right hand man would not give up until corrected. They were willing to exchange my new tires with another make of new tires to correct this problem..This will be my only tire store going forward.. First Class!!! Larry Paige

Everyone was friendly. I was helped right away when I arrived and I was well aware of what was going to be done with my car and wasn’t pressured into anything I didn’t want for my car.

Staff is friendly and great. Always go above and beyond customer expectations and making sure the customer is taken care of.

I had tire rotation and rebalancing -- along with a tire with very slow leak. They found the source of the leak -- the valve stem -- and replaced it. ---- With all the work being done -- I thought it was done fairly quickly.

I purchased and booked an appointment online for following day. Arrived and waited a short period in line, salesman Alexander assisted me. Greeted me with a smile and a warm good morning, he had me in and out in less than 30mins (quoted 45mins). Overall experience was 100%. Just missing a TV in lobby.

The employees were very courteous and professional. I was treated as a valued customer. I was given a time estimate of 45 minutes. The repairs were completed in less than 30 minutes.

I ordered the wrong size tire. They helped me figure out what I needed and provided quick options to get me back in the road. These guys are the best.

I dropped off my wheel with a flat tire. They found a patch applied by a different company was leaking, recommend an appropriate replacement and when I came to pick it up the associate volunteered to to put the wheel with the new tires on my car right now on the parking lot. It was cold out and he didn't hesitate for a second. When he was done he didn't even look for a tip, just said have a great night and he went back to work. Excellent service!
