I have used Discount Tires before and was impressed with their product and service and last time and this one last week I got new and different rims and premium Michelin tiers.

Staff was knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms. I appreciated that I wasn’t pressured into adding additional products and services. Wait time was shorter than I expected and my final bill was lower than I thought it would be. Can’t beat that! I would definitely come back to this Discount Tire location again for services.

Fast and friendly service

Super helpful and efficient! Work environment seemed supportive and fun, they got my tires turned over in a very quick fashion I was shocked how little I waited. They updated me the whole way along as well which was nice.

The Manager Josh and Representative Cody are awesome guys to deal with. Very knowledgeable and will get you sorted out for just about any vehicle! If there is ever an issue...They get it handled promptly! Will always come back!

Excellent, speedy service both times I've been here. All my questions answered & recommendations for new tires made based on my needs. A mechanic friend highly recommended when I asked him best place to get new tires. Very pleased.

I called ahead and they said they could service my car right away. For this reason, I drove to the Lyndale location versus going to the Eagan location. They did not say an appointment was needed in order to get faster service or I would have scheduled one on the phone. Upon arrival, I was quoted a time frame. I went for a walk around a few blocks and sat outside until the time frame was done. I came back to the store and they hadn't even stared working on my car. I asked about this and a rep told me that several others had booked appointments after I arrived (but during my estimated time frame) and I was bumped behind them due to not having an appointment. No one at the store had advised me that this could happen or I would have booked an appointment or gone elsewhere. I had to wait for about 45 minutes longer and this almost caused me to miss a scheduled vet appointment for my pet. I was irate and the person who assisted me was only mildly apologetic and did not acknowledge that mistakes were made by 2 people - the person who answered the phone and told I could come in and it would take an hour for the service and 2) the person who checked me in and said the same thing. Both were wrong and the experience felt like a bait and switch. I was using a vacation day to squeeze in the appointment. I told the person who spoke to me in the end that they ought to have contacted me via my cell ASAP once they realized that the time estimate that they provided would not be honored. This concern was minimized. The customer service I received during this visit was a zero due to not being told that an appointment was the only way to guarantee my time frame and not being contacted ASAP once they realized the time frame would not be honored.

My only issue was the fact that I made a 9 AM online appointment for a tire rotation and was told at 9 AM that there were 3 in front of me and the wait would be 45-60 minutes. The estimate was accurate but it seemed like a long time to wait with a prearranged appointment. Otherwise my experience was fine. The store was busy that morning.

The lyndale store has great management, techs, and reps. Set an appointment on line for best results. My spot for tires!
