I was greeted in the parking lot by an associate immediately upon arrival. They put on four new tires less than an hour, very friendly and helpful. I love the diversity and one mechanic was even singing in the garage. Seems like a happy group.

After searching and researching online I stopped in and asked a couple questions, staff was great, verified my selection and offered to place order or appointment in store. I used the online option to do everything when I was ready, great experience all the way.

Discount tires did a great job. I called and they said they could get me in right away. I got there, and only waited about 5 minutes before I was helped. They inspected my car in front of me, went through all my options, and they had a few different tires in stock that worked on my car so I got them changed that same day. I would recommend them to a friend!

Tire change went well and was quick. People were friendly. However, I noticed yesterday (4 days post tire replacement) that there is damage to the underside of my car. The rear passenger pinch weld appears to have collapsed due to rust and broken away a significant amount of the frame in the process (8 inches of frame completely gone). Now I am not blaming discount tire for the underlying rust that led to this happening, but my car was in good condition in that area prior to this visit, as I was underneath the car doing an oil change the week prior and used that pinch weld. I am not sure what happened, if the lift slipped or what, but I would have appreciated being let know that my car was damaged. I find it impossible that this amount of damage could have occurred without the employees being aware of it and then bringing it to my attention.
