These guys are awesome. They will get you great tires at a great price and get you on your way in no time. I will not go anywhere else for tires.

I stopped in to pick up my Tire Rack order and install the tire/wheel package myself as they were booked out until the end of the month. It was noted that I could drop off my vehicle and pick it up later as they would work it in during the day. The service writer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped my vehicle off the next evening and picked it up the next day. The service writer who helped me was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Again, when I picked up my vehicle. Everything was great from start to finish with one exception. The tech that parked my car in the lot after my tires were installed did not lock the doors. I don't think anyone would have messed with anything though.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Buy your tires and make an appointment online. I was the only customer in the store that had an appointment and I got in and out fast. I highly recommend this store.

Jordan always gets me in right away to do my winter tire swap. I’ve purchased both wiper blades and tires from Discount Tire. I consistently recommend this store as I’ve only had great experiences.

If you’re looking for Tires, I highly recommend that you contact Logan at the Discount Tire location in Maple Grove. Logan is extremely knowledgeable when dealing with tires, cars, wheels proper fit and dealing with problem, solving. both of my vehicles are Mercedes and Logan has been able to make sure I get the right fit regardless of which vehicle I’m driving. I’ve never had a problem. What’s my vehicles once the work has been completed it’s always 100% plus. I’ve been doing business with Logan for many years and when he changes a location, I follow him to that location because I believe in him that much.

We arrived at our home late in the day to find one of our vehicles in the driveway had a flat tire. We put air in it and arrived at Discount Tire Maple Grove about 20 minutes before closing. They assured us they would stay until all cars were done, but that there were about 20 cars ahead of us. We left the keys and contact information, and about 2 hours later got both a text and a call that the flat tire had been repaired and we could pick up the vehicle. I was greeted at the door by a staff member who was enthusiastic and friendly even though it was long after normal closing time. The "icing on the cake" is that Discount Tire charged NOTHING for the repair. This is the kind of service that creates "Customers for Life"!

This store has a friendly and efficient staff!! I was provided a time it would take to replace my tires and it took almost half the time. I was so impressed. Thank you discount tire team!

I have been a customer of this store for a long time. A few years back my son was at the store having tires checked for the trip back to AK. Under the circumstances they could have easily sold him tires, but he was told he would make it just fine on the tires he had, and he made it just fine. I will continue using them, I'm sure they're in business too make money, but not at any cost they are honest and treat their customers right.

Have visited this several times over the years and have found every one courteous , pleasant and helpful, making the experience of visiting the store a very pleasant one. Everyone there is helpful.

The salesperson was very helpful. They had my preferred tire in stock so I was able to get them on quickly.... which was important since I was driving on a spare tire.

Awesome customer service! A lot of auto places make me feel overwhelmed but the staff really helped me understand my options and the differences between them. The staff members who helped me were incredible!
