I was a first time, walk in customer to have flat tire repaired. Really appreciate the fact that Discount Tire does this service for free. Never knew that. I ended up dropping my vehicle off not knowing how long it would take to fit my repair into their fully booked day. Turns out I probably could have stayed because by the time I got home, it was less than an hour before I got a text telling me my vehicle was ready. Pleasantly surprised. Service advisor was welcoming, friendly, understanding, listened and answered all my questions without feeling rushed. Picking my vehicle up, I appreciated the explanation I received on how they repair a tire. They fix it from the inside, they don’t just plug the hole from the outside… which sounds like an old and outdated way to repair a tire. With that being said, there was a couple observations of the work done that could have been performed better. 1) My vehicle has black rims. It ended up being scratched during the repair process. Probably a bit tricky with black rims but would have appreciated a little better care with the rim being there was yet to be any scratches on them up until this point. 2) Could have done a better job cleaning up rim after repairing tire. There was white sealant and other residue on the rim. After asking about it while picking car up, there was no offer to clean it up, so cleaned it up after getting home. 3) Original valve cap on tire being repaired must have not been kept track of because it was replaced with generic cap. Also found another valve cap missing after getting home. Not a huge deal, but was the original factory style and now have two generic and two factory caps after bringing it in. 4) This comment doesn’t have to do with repair, but the parking lot… feel i have to mention that I couldn’t believe all the caps, grommets, wheel weights and just overall miscellaneous repair pieces laying around in the parking area. Can’t imagine any of it causing a flat tire but man, would think that would be something a place like this would want to keep clean and in order. With all that being said, it was my first time there and was able to get my tire fixed appropriately on a Saturday… so appreciate the fact they were willing to work my repair in and do it in a timely manner. I’ll give Discount Tire another try with any future needs I may end up having and see how things go.

I came in to get my tire pressure and wiper blades checked. The wiper blades were replaced. I will definitely return!!

The sales person was very good at advising me what tires were best for my vehicle.
