Even though they were very busy, the guy who checked in my vehicle for my free tire rotation was very friendly, was able to give me an accurate wait time, and gave me a wonderful suggestion to make my wait more pleasant by visiting nearby stores.

I ordered my tires online and booked my appointment online as well. The process from start to finish was flawless. Excellent communication on the status of my tire order as well as the installation. When I arrived at the store, they were extremely busy. The parking lot and waiting room was full. I was afraid I would be waiting even though I had made an appointment. I was wrong. They got my vehicle in on time and out the door in under an hour. It was amazing. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience..Highly recommend.

I’ve had problems with tires because I’m broke and wait too long to buy new ones and then have to purchase just 2 at a time. They also helped me get a full set of tires by offering me a discount tire credit card. I can go anytime my tire light goes on to check my tires . I wouldn’t buy tires anywhere else. I can walk in with a problem with no appointment and they treat you like you’re their best customer and they do the same for everyone who walks in with a problem and no appointment. I recommend discount tire to everyone I know.

I’d never go anywhere else for tires. I have high mileage vehicle and need to have good tires. I learned by having a really bad tire problem that the service is wonderful. My tire was completely shot from trying to drive on the flat to the store and because I had it warranted it was replaced for free and within 45 minutes when they were busy and I was a walk-in customer❣️
