Nick was a true customer service person that listen to what I was looking for and then started looking up my tire sizes and gave me other options with ratings for other tire manufacturers and also the ones I was looking at with manufacturers and warranty and testing similar tire's that manufacturer to give you a good feedback that you can make a better decision on the best tire for your vehicle and still staying within the dollar amount you wanted to spend. Nick sold me on his knowledge and customer care as I told him I was just shopping around and within a couple other places I shopped at was like wasting my time and breath because they just gave you page's of paper and said this is what we have with no customer service at all. Thanks again Nick for being honest and setting up the tire's to be delivered same day and getting both vehicle's in the same day as I was there around 8:15 am then left and went to 2 other places to get quotes and then returned to get tire's I wanted and by 3 pm both vehicle's had tire's changed and then set up both vehicle's for alignment for next day both got in on time and receiving text to inform you that work was started and called me when completed. Thanks to the whole team at Discount Tire.

I have to say that I was very impressed by the crew that installed my tires. They worked together like a well-oiled machine. I had purchased my tires online, and had set up the appointment as well. When I arrived, everything and everyone was ready for me. In just under 30 minutes I was rolling out on my new tires. I’m already telling family and friends about my experience here.

Caleb at this location was extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional and a hard worker. He communicated well too. He wheeled out every tire for me to look at with my Gladiator and gave me options I didn’t know even existed. Will definitely refer others and be back myself.

Tim is the best guy there if you get the chance to work with him heck yea! Got me in and out in 14 minutes rather than Walmarts 5 hour wait for 0 reason the price is 30 bucks more but you get much better service! Value! I’d rather spend a LITTLE more and get better service than spend less and wait forever!

I was happy to finds the tires I wanted for a good price on the website. This was my first set of tires through Discount tire and I did not know what to expect so I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed with which my purchase proceeded. I will probably be returning for my next purchase.

Detail Strength Joshua was fantastic! I was on a road trip and my tires were shimmying so I called the St. Joseph, MO location and asked if I could get in quickly. Joshua got me in immediately, rebalanced my tires, and had me out the door in less than 30 minutes! It was fantastic customer service. I had a friend in the car who hadn't used Discount Tire before and I raved to him about my experience and he said he would start using Discount Tire as well.
