Scheduled service was fast, condition of tires clearly explained, particular tires are being phased out & tech recommended ties from the same manufacturer for replacement when the time comes. Highly recommend this store.

Michael was very helpful, I ordered online and didn't get everything required for installation, he made sure everything was available before I left the store. I wasn't expecting to get my vehicle back till the end of the day, I didn't have an appointment and snow was just forecasted. To my surprise they texted just after lunch. What a great team, all the employees were friendly, happy and full of energy. I will never get tires anywhere else. I am so happy you have a location in Kalispell MT. we were traveling to Glacier national park from Colorado and needed trailer tires. We called the regional office in Washington and the AVP (Doug Dame) set everything up for us. It is so unbelievable that an executive would take the time to care for a customer. I love Discount tire and Doug Dame!

I booked my appointment on Line and had to wait 25 minutes to get checked in. Needs to be a better way to check in people who make appointments on line.

My sales person was outstanding, however another person was a mess and almost lost me as a customer after 30 plus years!
