New Tires and Wheel Store in Kalispell, MT 59901

I have experienced really long lines and wait times in the past so I was pleasantly surprised when there was only one person in line ahead of me and I waited just slightly over an hour for the new tires. Be prepared and do your research before you go because they will definitely try to upsell you on things you don’t really need. It worked on me. I only needed one TPMS sensor but I ended up replacing all 4 because the salesman gave me a “deal”. I will keep buying tires here because I’ve had bad experiences with some of the other tire shops in town.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a tire shop. The young man Zachery that helped us was very helpful and an excellent example of what customer service is all about. I highly recommend this store.

Awesome team. Handled the walk-ins efficiently and honestly. Seemed knowledgeable about not only my tires, but vehicles in general. Would go back. From one van-lifer to another, would recommend.

I had a nice experience at the Discount Tire in Kalispell with Kyle and the rest of the team being incredibly kind and efficient in helping to switch out my all season tires to winter tires. This was my first time doing so and I felt the ease to ask questions when needed and was given very thorough and kind answers by Kyle. It is clear that everyone there was working so hard to get everyone switched out for the winter time and I appreciate all the hard work that you all do. Thank YOU!!

Long wait times, even with an appointment. Poor knowledge of products and they make sure to tell you how your tires will wear out soon. Good thing there isn't much competition in town.......and their attitude shows it. Disappointing. Do not recommend.
