I recently needed a specialized run flat tire for my SUV. Believe it or not, the BMW dealership referred me to discount tire because they couldn’t obtain the tires promptly and one of my tires was ruined. Initially, I called the store directly, but found that the phone message continually referred me to the website or a call center. I ended up speaking with the call center and the agent was extremely efficient. In one call, they located the tires I needed, determined when they would arrive and set my appointment for the following day. As soon as I got off the phone, I received a text update on the status of my order, including when my tires would arrive. The following day, I received a text, informing me that my tires had in fact arrived and confirming my appointment. Upon arrival at the store I was greeted at the counter almost immediately. The tires had arrived as promised. The store operated within a very reasonable timeframe and when my car was finished, I received a text that the work was done. Within minutes, a Porter had pulled my car to the front door and called my name and I was able to depart. Overall, a super efficient process and I highly recommend discount tire.

In over 20 years of DT experience this was my best visit ever!! Only about 15 minutes to balance/rotate the tires one my 1 ton Chevy!! Great hustle and motivation from the entire team. I was impressed and this will be my "go to" store from now on!! Thank you!!

My husband had bought a set of tires for one of my delivery vans in January, on tuesday one was damaged and I needed it replaced I called at 8:05am spoke with Chris had the tire replaced and on my way by 9:20am. Also the tire was replaced very easy with me having insurance on my tires . thank you for the great and speedy service.

Good, professional folks working there, some bathroom supplies were out…not good. Wait time even after purchasing tires and booking appt many days in advance (for a weekday) well beyond projected. So yeah, be aware it is possibly not reliable as the web site claims.
