Very pleased with their people and their products,

I've been a customer for years. The reason I continue to be is the staff (people up front and the crew in the shop) are friendly and very knowledgeable. While the name contains"Discount" the price, service and value received are premium.

No problem before just getting tires rotated and balanced. After service experiencing heavy front end vibration. Now at the back of the line 3 hour wait. “You can schedule an appt for tomorrow”

I have always been treated well at any Discount Tire store.

Tykey is the man I ordered the wrong size tire online he caught it immediately and solved the problem got me a better tire that rides great and looks great . I’m very satisfied!

Trash all over the parking lot, didn’t check to confirm my tires were correct prior to my arrival, tried to sell me poorer quality tires instead of making it right, and called me rude when another customer asked what happened and I explained (without obscenities, but obviously frustrated). Do not recommend and will never go back.

From the time I purchased my tires, the continued service and follow-up confirms this is one of the best decision I have made. Efficient, welcoming, knowledgeable and always responsive to the needs of their customers.

Remarkably fast and very professional. The best thing to do is book an appointment ahead of time. I would double check tire pressure though as mine were not at the right pressure when I left.

Waiting to long after making an appointment. Did not take my car in until I was there over an hour.
