I've used Discount tires a few times, and in Hickory it was my second time. I decided to change 4 tires. Aaron gave me a fair price for 4 Michelin tires, also matching and lower price I found in major retailers. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The courtesy , attentiveness was shown through each person that worked on my vehicle. The all installation was done in a specified time (45 minutes). ​Great communication from start to finish, staff very friendly & professional.

Ask for Shaun upon entry and the rest will be a smooth experience. Try to be patient with the young staff. Customer service isnt really a thing anymore but they are in place that will fix that shortly.

The courtesy, attentiveness, and expertise was displayed through each person that worked on my personal vehicle. They all showed ultimate respect and care toward me and I have developed a trust in them which continually grows with each visit. You should buy your tires here where the employees care form the store manager on down to the tire installers.
