Very informed, polite, and professional staff. They texted me when the work was done. They also always answer the phone and take the needed time to answer any questions I have. They also seem to have sufficient staff to handle multiple requests at the same time. I highly recommend this store.

My visit to this location on 11/9/2024 was extremely quick and efficient. I purchased tires and booked an appointment online. From the time I pulled in to the time my installation of 4 tires was complete and I was leaving was only approximately 40 minutes. All of the staff I encountered or heard dealing with other customers were very polite, courteous and efficient. Even if some customers weren't as pleasant to them. That in itself means a lot!

I have used Discount tire for decades and have been very pleased with the overall service. I've been to three different locations and found them all consistent in knowledge and experience. My only problems came things out of the associates control. I was a business owner years back with eight vehicles . After approximately five years they lost all records of my vehicles. They also mixed up two vehicles, one with 17" rims and the other had 18" rims, which caused confusion when returning for service. The service has always been good and they have always rectified any issues. Overall I continue to patronize them due to their knowledge and customer service.

It would’ve been a five on knowledge, but they did not put the correct air pressure in the car tire and my tire pressure light would not go off until I put the right tire pressure in it.

Always pleased with the service and expertise of the employees for servicing tires for my five vehicles. I have had the opportunity to have been to 6 individual stores and all are similar in service and experience. Thank you, Discount Tire in Hickory, NC.

My experience was great. I had ordered my tires online and set an appointment online for faster visit. The first employee or manager had a customer before me and saw me, noticed I had an appointment with my Honda Civic Si and was going to help me but I told him to do what he had to do with the customer before me first and that I was fine waiting. I didn’t have a problem with waiting. A second employee or manager finished up the customer before me and took care of my visit. Everything was great for my first experience there.

My experience at Discount Tire helped me realize that not all tire stores treat women differently than men. Which I have experienced at most I have been to. At Discount Tire I felt very comfortable and was well pleased with how I was treated , So I want to thank you all for showing me that all tire stores are not the same toward Women.
