New Tires and Wheel Store in High Point, NC 27265

Would have been a five star review like past experiences , if it wasn’t for the following reason . Made online appointment , ( left work early ) to be on time , used app to say “on way” used app “at store” on time , only to find 6 people on line with no appointment walk ins , I waited for 3 people to finish , when a second rep came out to help, I stated I have an appointment and his reply to me was “next in line “, a walk in . What good did making an appointment get me ,, when a simple statement like any one here have an appointment or look in your system to see I was there on time ( waiting in line ) I waited 15 minutes past my appointment time , this is poor customer service.

Came to the store to plug a flat tire, but it was not possible to do so. I had to replace the tire which was covered by my tire certificate. Since the other 3 tires were close to end of life I opted to replace all of them

First class service and I’d still shop here if somehow tires were cheaper elsewhere

We have purchasing tire's here for years. Never been disappointed with the tires or the professional staff. My most recent visit, Joseph (High Point NC store) went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new tire and well informed about my Compact Spare tire/rim options. I could go to Costco Tire, as a member but I had a bad experience there. I won't buy tires from Costco again. The staff of this location has always been willing and able to help us with repairs, rotation and new tires. Note to Corporate: these folks make or break your business. Treat them well, pay them well and your Company will continue to prosper. Never forget that. Thank you.

All the persons at the Precision Way location are professional, helpful and keep me informed while at the store. Joe was very helpful for my last visit.
