First class service and I’d still shop here if somehow tires were cheaper elsewhere

We have purchasing tire's here for years. Never been disappointed with the tires or the professional staff. My most recent visit, Joseph (High Point NC store) went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new tire and well informed about my Compact Spare tire/rim options. I could go to Costco Tire, as a member but I had a bad experience there. I won't buy tires from Costco again. The staff of this location has always been willing and able to help us with repairs, rotation and new tires. Note to Corporate: these folks make or break your business. Treat them well, pay them well and your Company will continue to prosper. Never forget that. Thank you.

All the persons at the Precision Way location are professional, helpful and keep me informed while at the store. Joe was very helpful for my last visit.

I wouldn’t dream of buying tires anywhere else! The service at the time of the sale and afterwards is consistently excellent. Very impressed with the professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. What a super well run company, especially in this day and age!

I was very disappointed at how my initial order and appointment as its cancellation created great inconvenience. Joe, the Store Manager, made it right and was very sincere in his apology. He displayed great customer service.

like their remodel with a couple exceptions, the water cooler should have been placed in middle of store and not in back and the free tire check is outside the front door and blocking handicap spaces. feel this needs to be removed and put elsewhere

Have been using Discount Tire for several years and have confidence in the pricing due to price match. I also like the store, and employees are 100% tires and specialize in this one area of the car. Very knowledgeable and I've only seen a little drop in the facilities, plus the restroom was clean! Which is unheard of today even at McDonalds and other restaurants!!!!!

Time that I actually waited was about a fourth of the time that was originally quoted. Pleasant surprise.
