Martin helped me out while getting my tires rotated for the first time on my Tesla Model Y. He was friendly, service was fast, and I’ll be returning for more rotations. I’ll be buying my new tires from this location when the time comes. Thanks for a great visit!

Kb I believe was his name. Sorry if it wasn’t but something similar. He was extremely kind and welcoming. I was a little early rushing to get a lot done before work and he was very sweet to accommodate me earlier than he had to. He got straight to the point. Educated me on the situation at hand. I never felt judged or taken advantage of. He gave me so a great start to my day. And the speed was soooo ridiculously fast lol I didn’t even understand what he was telling me. I didn’t know four tires could be changed so quickly! I totally could have waited and made it to work on time but again I WASNT LISTENING LOL I’ll be back! I felt very well taken care of.

I could not understand what the problem was with my tire. I used my tire warranty from Discount Tire and they discovered a nail in my tire. It was a huge nail. Well the guys at the store fixed my tire and got me back on the road. I was even given the nail to keep. The customer service was excellent. They explain everything to you. And because I had purchase the 4 tires from this Discount Tire store, it was free repair cost for me. This is the best Discount Tire shop. I trust them with all my vehicles.

THe bill for the tires was 40% higher then quoted due to all the fees that Discount Tire added on. Sales Rep did not tell me that these costs would increase my bill by 40% when i bought the tires.
