I used another tire chain for the last 19 years and probably bought close to 20 sets of tires there. Last year I decided to buy a set from DT in Jacksonville based on price matching. There is no comparison between the chain I used to use and DT's pricing, customer service, speed of the appointment, their lifetime rotate & balance and flat repair. Since November 2023 I've bought a set of Goodyears and Michelins at the Jacksonville DT, used their R&B several times and used their flat repair once. I'm 69 and hate to think how many sets of tires I've bought over my lifetime. I have never experienced customer service in a tire store like this before. It's worth the hour+ drive for me even if I'm just going for a R&B.

checking it out to see if there was a puncture of some sort. Timing was perfect as the other vehicles were in the bay and I was next. I was there for maybe 40 min total and throughout the process Lloyd was giving me updates and explaining the process, which I appreciated, as I'm not a car techie type and had to relay it to my husband. Def 5 stars. Lloyd's customer service skills truly made me feel like a valued customer. I'll be back.

Chris and Eric made the entire process much smoother, even with a few hiccups, like the factory sending the wrong rims and needing 4 new tires as well, they went out of their way to try and make things better, I was impressed with the courtesy and professionalism, being a woman and walking into any store that maintains vehicles can sometimes be a horrible experience but everyone there was respectful and polite.

I went to area where they check air in tires bc I had a low air signal in back tire. I drove up to the line where wait for attendant and waited w car running. They was a guy right beside my car checking in tires and never came up to my car and there were several workers in & out of bays and saw me but none came to ask to be helped. Finally after about 25 mins I got out of car and ask the guy beside me if he ever was gonna wait or me? He only said “oh sorry!” Then asked to help. I had a nail in tire so I then parked and went inside to get checked in. I waited inside at counter for over 25 mins as well with no one helping. Finally the same guy that waited on me outside came in and asked if I was helped yet. He checked me in and said it would be at leave 1.5 hrs to fix a tire bc so busy. I went next door to sonic to wait. It didn’t take as long as quoted. But it was poor costumer service.

Chris Gebhart is an excellent representative for your company. He obviously cares about people, doing a good job, and doing the "right thing" for the customer. He goes over and above to fulfil your every need. His excellent "Christian" approach is commendable!

Friendly, respectful and informative with no pressure! Consistently, answered my questions and concerns with confidence and accurate information. My many visits to the Jacksonville store has me wondering…why can’t all the business I interact with have their high standards. Best in the tire and customer service business!!!
