From the time that I arrived, I had the most pleasant helpful experience getting new tires for my car that I could’ve possibly ever had. They were very considerate. They took the time out to answer any questions or concerns that I had. It was overall an amazing experience I couldn’t have went to a better place. I truly recommend them to everyone. They are so amazing. I really appreciate them.

Excellent customer service and tire installation

Management and employees here deserve high praise for the way they handle customers and take care of issues caused by other stores. I know they groan when "everyone's favorite black F350" rolls in, but they always take care of it like it belongs to them.

Discount Tire in Jacksonville NC has always been a very well managed and run store. I’ve purchased tires from this location many times. The only complaint is I have, on my last visit the technician evidently had dirty hands and left black smudges on the inside door handle and console as well as steering wheel. I was able to wipe it of with a napkin and further cleaning when I got home. I was in somewhat of a hurry so I did not take this up with the store manager , but I should have so the techs will be more aware. Not the end of the world and when I return for rotations I will politely point this out prior to work being performed. All in all, the staff at Discount Tire are very professional.

I visited this store two days ago and from the moment I walked in, I felt valued as a customer. Jackson helped me find some wheels and tires for my WRX. Jackson is knowledgeable, efficient and posses amazing customer service skills. This is for sure the best Discount Tire store I have ever been to.

The store has great prices and a staff that is driven to make sure your buying experience is a good one and that you will come back.

Great experience from the time I walked in until I left. Everyone was friendly and explained everything that was going to be done.

I was immediately acknowledged and was made aware that I would be helped in just a moment. Both service writers were finishing up with a customer.

I had an issue during my last visit to the store and the next day Eric (manager) called and apologized for my inconvenience and corrected the issue on the spot. Customer service satisfaction at its finest. Thanks Eric and John.

I had a 12:15 appointment for a tire rotation. Arrived at 12:05 and did not get checked in until 12:35! Waited an hour for my vehicle. I bought tires with certificates so I go there to get documentation on tire rotation for warranty purposes. If not for warranty, I would not go there. Totally UNSAT and unacceptable.

Up until the other day, it was a hard yes that I would recommend that store but come to find out, the last technician that serviced my car put an unserviceable tire on my spare rim. What if I would had need to use my spare in an emergency? Then the only thing that was said was "did I want to purchase a new tire" like that was the plan all along. UNSATISFACTORY.

I’m extremely happy with the service I received in the store and on the website.
