Fast,efficient professional service. Excellent!

I have just one very minor complaint. I did not order the warranty. My salesman confirmed that and explained the benefits of the warranty and I did not change my mind. Without being overly pushy he did confirm 3 to 5 times with various explanations that I still am declining the warranty. If it ended there I would not be writing this additional comment. When my car was in the bay and I was waiting at the window watching, another employee walked up to me and said "I noticed you didn't buy the warranty". I said I already had a 5 min conversation with my salesman and explained why. This second person approaching me was not pushy at all ...but, the company policy of when you don't buy the tire warranty it must be verified by two employees is a pushy act which is a turnoff.

Overall a good experience but it felt a little weird that I had to ask for my old rims back when I bought new ones. That should have been offered before the conversation felt like it was over. Each old rim used would probably sell for a pretty penny if put on Market Place. $100 or more.

I’ve always been very pleased with the service provided at the Knightdale location. I’ve never visited any of the other stores as I see no need since I’m always so pleased with this location. I got there late in the afternoon at like 5:00 PM for a free rotation and balancing, and was treated just as friendly, quickly, and efficiently, as if I was buying a high dollar product.
