New Tires and Wheel Store in Knightdale, NC 27545

Was greeted upon entering the store. Had everything ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. Even changed out the spare as I requested and didn't lose my custom valve stem covers.

Made an appointment on line for an afternoon to get my tires rotated. Got there and waited a few minutes to get checked in. Been to the store before in Knightdale. Even bought a tire or two from them. Sat down in a chair while I was there. I think there was 1 or 2 cars before me. My sister n law said that Tyler is the manager at that store. I know Tyler mom.

Friendly knowledgeable staff, very professional. I bought new tires there because of the deal. Returned to have free tire rotation and balance and remembered due to email suggesting the service. Excellent customer service.

Have been a long time customer of this store and have NEVER had a bad experience. Customer support after a purchase is always terrific!! For a great experience when buying new tires, get an appt where you are the first one on the list for the day of installation.... sit by the shop window and watch them work as a team. Like watching a NASCAR pit crew... LOL

I made an appointment. I was waited on inside the store at just about my scheduled time and the car was put in the shop about 5 min. later. The store was neat, clean and comfortable. The inside employees were all polite, friendly, professional and clean.
