Great service - ALWAYS!! I've been coming to this store for my tire needs for over 15 years. 99% of the time whatever time that they estimate, service is completed earlier than the time. I love the fact that they focus mainly on tires.

Awesome experience at the Knightdale, North Carolina store! Ordered my tires online and booked my appointment at the same time. When my tires arrived, I was notified by the store staff I could come in whenever I was available. Ended up, showing up a day earlier than my appointment and they had my car out in 50 minutes! Will definitely be recommending two friends and family to use discount tire in Knightdale.

I came in to try to get a TPMS sensor reprogrammed, and found out that my front tires were in dire need of being replaced. The employee that helped me, Brandon, was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he was genuinely personally invested in my safety. Brandon helped me choose an affordable option to fix my issues, and got me back on the road very quickly! Not only would I highly recommend this store, this is now my "go-to" for anything tire related!

The associates are attentive and speak to you immediately when you walk in the store and let you know how long it will be before they can help you. We brought our jeep in for new tires and rims and he helped us pick them out and continue to help us throughout the whole process from ordering to having them installed.
