The team member (Cant remember his name) here made the experience much better than expected. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to clearly explain everything. He kept me informed throughout and made sure the whole process was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out, making the experience easy and pleasant from start to finish.

I have always had fast and efficient service at the Monroe, NC location. These folks know how to treat their customers. I highly recommend Discount Tire to anyone.

Terrible experience, scheduled an appointment and then was called by the store to come in early. I arrived within 30 minutes only to then have to sit there for over 2 hours for them to take my car back. The reason I made the appointment was so I would not have to wait for service. Why call me in just to then have me sit for so long? Why not leave my appointment as is? Worst experience.

Caught them on a challenging day for staffing and computers issues. They were playing catch-up at the expense of doing a thorough rotate, rebalance, and tire air pressure service. If you find yourself in this type of situation, make sure you are watching what the floor techs are actually doing during the servicing portion of your visit. If you see something, you need to say something. Unfortunately you will need to act as your on advocate...the team at Discount tire may not always be willing to do so.

I made an appointment online which was quick and easy. All employees were nice and respectful. The waiting room was bright and clean. My only complaint would be that there was no complimentary coffee provided.
