Friendly, professional. Honor veteran/military discount. Replaced 2 tires and the wait was approximately 45 min to an hour (entire process, getting checked in and the work being done. I did make an appointment online, I was not a walk in. The store was BUSY but every employee I talked to was still friendly and helpful. Hard to find good attitudes these days. They did a good job.

Vontre M. went above and beyond to help me with my tire. My tire had come in, but they were completely booked for the day. Even with how busy they were, Vontre was able to work me in and get me taken care of in under an hour. He provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I really appreciate him taking the extra time to help me out. Thank you, Vontre!

Great experience! I came in for an appointment today to get new tires and found out I needed new lug nuts as well. They made the whole process very easy and even took some of the extra charge off for me. The team worked very quickly, made me feel comfortable, and took the time to explain everything so I understood what was being done. I really appreciated how helpful and friendly everyone was. I would definitely recommend them!

My wife is the one who actually went to the store this time. We have used Discount Tire many times in the past. We are always extremely satisfied with our experience in your Monroe NC store. Discount Tire is the Chick-fila of tire stores, or Chick-fila is the Discount Tire of sandwich stores. I have already raved about our experience and satisfaction to two friends. Well done!!
