A relatively new tire got a large bolt in it after Hurricane Helene. I noticed it after picking up my dog from the groomer. Discount Tire staff was friendly and able to help me the same day. They didn't even make my dog stay outside in the rain. Discount Tire staff is professional and helpful. I don't feel like they are trying to take my money. As a woman, that is not always the case with car repairs. I highly recommend.

The Monroe store is well run. What I noticed was the patience of the kiosk worker. Mainly from nitwits coming in not prepared to buy. There needs to be a kiosk for unprepared people.

I was a walk in with 2 vehicles and therefore my wait time was longer than usual, however Mark and Jacob did everything possible to accommodate me. They have a great professional attitude and pleasant personality. It’s alway a pleasure to have my vehicles serviced there.
