I'm from GA and was visiting relatives in Louisburg when I needed a new tire due to sidewall damage, I found Discount Tire while I was searching for my tire. I made an appointment online and drove over 30 minutes to get there. They took my car into the bay immediately at my appointment time and I was out in 30 minutes. My advisor and technician were both very friendly and very helpful and put me at ease. I'm so glad I picked Discount Tire. I found out there is one near my home and will continue to use them.

I have been coming to this location for roughly three years after over a decade of being a discount tire customer at other locations. This location had some serious time and staffing issues post pandemic which they seem to have since rectified. Couldn’t be happier with the improvements that have been made with regard to wait time and service level. What used to take 2+ hours takes less than an hour now and I can walk in for an R&B without an appointment without as much worry as I did a couple years ago. Before 2020 you could get a simple R&B done in 20 minutes and I have not seen that service ever since in any location. Cheers to management either way. Will continue to purchase from discount as long as service level remains at a constant.
