I had to replace tire pressure sensor(s) on my Tacoma 2011. It was really a pleasant experience visiting the store. The employees are professional, welcoming and knowledgeable, the store is clean and the waiting room is quite accommodating. And the prices are very competitive. Special thanks to Baylin, my advisor, who provided me with a good advice to replace all sensors (15-years old) but at the same time he was not overselling. Definitely recommend. A piece of advice - if possible, make online reservation, can save you some time.

When I pulled into the Wake Forest location for my appointment, the team was ready for me right on time. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions about the tires, and got the installation done quickly and perfectly. The entire process was efficient, and they even took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. This was one of the best tire-buying experiences I’ve ever had. The combination of easy online purchasing, seamless booking, and excellent in-store service made it a no-brainer. If you’re in the Wake Forest or Raleigh area and need tires, do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire. I’ll definitely be back for my future tire needs! Highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment online for 9:30am. Once totally checked in - I was given a completion time of 10:37am. At 10:41am my vehicle was moved into the bay to be worked on. I am a Discount Tire fan for the last 30+ years. They are very professional and prompt. When I asked why the delay - they were a technician short and had a mechanical in one of the bay stalls. I can understand issues - just make sure you proactively communicate to those who preemptively scheduled an appointment.

I want to thank the Wake Forest Discount Tire team for their help. After installing four new tires, I got a TPMS malfunction shortly afterward. They checked it, found one sensor had no signal, and replaced the left rear TPMS sensor at no charge. I appreciate the professionalism and the fact that they took responsibility and fixed it. My only concern is that this required an extra visit and took up most of my morning. It would be reassuring if the store could clearly communicate the warranty or coverage for TPMS issues that occur immediately after tire installation, ideally in writing, so customers feel confident they won’t be left stuck if a sensor fails right after service. If possible, I’d also appreciate a small goodwill gesture for the extra trip and time, such as offering Certificate for free.

I made an appointment a week in advance and still waited over an hour for service to begin. I'll always buy my tires from discount tire.. but people with appointments need to be addressed first rather than walk ins. I work in customer service. I appreciate the staff offering outstanding customer service as they did stating they close at s specific time but willing to stay and assist those customers. That was impressive and showed great integrity However I did not like that I made an appointment a week in advance in order to wait an hour plus for my vehicle to get started on my service

Ordered online and setup appointment to have tires replaced. Was in and out in 30 minutes or so.
