Other than new tires on back of car when I thought they should of put them on front everything was great

Great experience. Went in due to a tire pressure leak that I was experiencing. They found the issue, fixed the tire free of charge. I was in and out within 30 min.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for many years because of the great service I have consistently received. Despite the showroom being remodeled and having to wait outside under a popup canopy, the experience was still very acceptable. The staff has always been friendly and professional. I will definitely return for the next round of rotating tires or a new purchase.

I had to replace tire pressure sensor(s) on my Tacoma 2011. It was really a pleasant experience visiting the store. The employees are professional, welcoming and knowledgeable, the store is clean and the waiting room is quite accommodating. And the prices are very competitive. Special thanks to Baylin, my advisor, who provided me with a good advice to replace all sensors (15-years old) but at the same time he was not overselling. Definitely recommend. A piece of advice - if possible, make online reservation, can save you some time.

I’ve been a customer for more than 40 years and have consistently found the service, pricing, and discounts to be among the best available. The one area that continues to fall short is the online appointment process. The current system allows customers to reserve a specific time, creating the expectation that service will begin at or near that appointment. However, that has not been my experience. On each of my last four visits to the Wake Forest location, I arrived on time, waited in line to check in, and was then placed in the same queue as walk-in customers. If the appointment system is intended to improve the customer experience, there should be a streamlined check-in process and a meaningful benefit for customers who schedule in advance. Otherwise, the reservation serves little practical purpose and does not help customers manage their schedules. I’m sharing this publicly because I’ve raised this concern through multiple customer surveys without seeing any changes to the process or receiving acknowledgment of the issue. My concern is not with the company overall—which has earned my business for decades—but with this specific aspect of the customer experience. Addressing the appointment process would significantly improve the value of online scheduling and better align it with customer expectations.

They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions about the tires, and got the installation done quickly and perfectly. The entire process was efficient, and they even took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied before I left. This was one of the best tire-buying experiences I’ve ever had. You guys damaged my van jacking it up. You guys need to fix this.

I scheduled an appointment online for 9:30am. Once totally checked in - I was given a completion time of 10:37am. At 10:41am my vehicle was moved into the bay to be worked on. I am a Discount Tire fan for the last 30+ years. They are very professional and prompt. When I asked why the delay - they were a technician short and had a mechanical in one of the bay stalls. I can understand issues - just make sure you proactively communicate to those who preemptively scheduled an appointment.
