The guys at the front desk are always willing to help customers, they have a lot of patience when it comes to dealing with your usual grouchy customers who don't have patience instead the workers reassure them everything is going okay and is being taken care of. Staff always reassures their customers of wait time and they take the time to help with any questions one may have about their vehicle. They work great under pressure during busy times. Respect to all of you at Discount Tire on Cass!

I had an unfortunate event of flat tire while driving home from work. I found a huge nail of about 1/2inch stuck into the tire. The air was leaking very fast. The discount tire store was around the corner. I drove there with Zero Psi for about 1/2 mile. They said the tire needs to be replaced and said it will take 3 hours (because they were busy). It was 5pm but the store would close at 6. They said they will work as long as all cars are repaired and mine would be done by 8.10pm. I was very pleased to hear that I would get my car the same day. I got a message at 7pm that my car was ready, which was about an hour earlier than they told me! I was happy to receive the car much before I expected. The next day I noticed some problems in TPMS and called them. They asked me to come back and have it checked. I interacted with three people altogether: They were Ty, Nathan and Nate. All three were very professional, exceptionally knowledgable and friendly. They went above and beyond in helping with the situation. Compared to businesses that are always profit oriented, it felt so good to experience working with a business like Discount tire whose primary focus is service. They make sure the customer's problem is fixed before they think about any profit. I say this because they made a refund for the service when it was found out that the repair work did not actually solve the issue. I did not have to ask for a refund but they did it on their own. Great people and great business company. Thank you!

Purchased my first set of tires from Discount Tire around 1980 in Michigan. 40 years later, I am still buying my tires from them. I can't think of any bad experiences.
