I had a tire with 50 percent tread life remaining. My service order specified that this tire be returned to me. It was not. It ended ups in the disposal bin and was picked up by the disposal contractor while I waited for them to find my tire. Once it was determined that my tire had been loaded on the truck and buried under potentially hundred of other tires the contractor drove off back to Albuquerque. I was told that the tire would be located and returned to me in 2-3 weeks. I was offered a tire of lesser quality which I declined. The problem occurred because the shop employee did not make note of the work order and the disposal company was on site removing used tires. I feel that if my tire can not be found and returned a credit for 50% of a Michelin Defender 2 is owed to me on a future purchase. Through all of this I intend to continue doing business with this store. I have another vehicle that will need tires in a few months.

I am very pleased with all my visits to the Las Cruces, NM and Lakewood, WA stores. I have bought several pairs of tires at both locations and the employees working at both locations have been very supportive and professional.
