New Tires and Wheel Store in Reno, NV 89503

I’ve used this store 3 times now and each visit went exactly as I had planned and hoped they would be. Efficient website and scheduling, it is a busy place because many folks have also recognized its quality customer service and technical proficiency. No mistakes on their services. Not like the quick lube that forgets to tighten your oil cap. I’ve been in for 4 all new tires, once for a damaged rim swap and once to fix a slow leak that they found was due to a damaged inner rim. I feel safer going on longer highway drives after they’ve serviced my cars.

This is a great tire store with great employees. I wish I had discovered their NW Reno location when it first opened. Thank you

They did a great job on time and service. The only issue I had was the tire pressures being off slightly. Not a big deal as I have an air compressor and check my tires regularly

Counter person found my order quickly. Reviewed the date on the tires. I knew my rear wiper was bad but counter person inspected and asked if I wanted to replace it and gave an immediate price. This saved me time so I didn’t have to make a second stop. All in all I am very pleased with their service

They are always true to there word when they quote you a time and most times the car is done sooner than quoted! They are awesome

My experience at Discount Tire was quite good. I had purchased tires from Tire Rack and needed them installed. After reviewing websites for several options, I chose Discount Tire because of their road force balancing and their lower fees. Tire Rack now has a mobile installer but the balancing is old low technology. Other tire chain stores charged much more for installation and balancing. Easy decision and good location.

The Discount Tire team was very knowledgeable and helpful. They answered my questions and helped me determine my best plan as while I was able to get my tire replaced in my visit I could not get my wheel repaired before I needed to drive home (175 miles).

The appointment system does not work. Too many people are scheduled at the same time. I had a 10:15am appointment for tire rotation and it was not completed until 12:30pm. The wait is unacceptable with an appointment.

Super tire service here… the cleanest, most convenient location in the NW Reno area. They always get the tires and balancing right, which means not having to return to the store repeatedly for rework. The employees are friendly, professional and knowledgeable!
