Steve impressed me with his customer service. He went above and beyond to take care of me. I had a flat tire repair not too long back and he replaced the tire with no cost to me since they didn't do a good job fixing it the first time. I was speechless and very appreciative of the gesture.

This was my first visit to DT for new tires. Great experience. Purchased tires online, dropped off car and installation was completed faster than expected. The technician reviewed my tire specs and current vehicle requirements. Offered alignment, not a hard sell…which I appreciated. Everyone well dressed and very pleasant to talk to. I will be back.

I absolutely love this store!! The techs are knowledgeable and do a great job recommending and installing the best tires for your vehicle. I got my tires here a few years ago and every time I have tire pressure issues due to the weather, I always come here and one of the great techs inflates my tires and gets me right back on the road. I always have anxiety about my car but I always feel right at ease when I come here!

The morning of my visit I was greeted in the parking lot by Logan. He had the description of my car from the online registration and he introduced himself and immediately began to explain the process. Logan walked me to the waiting area, offered me water or coffee, then gave me an estimated time of completion. He kept his word! I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mr. Bruce Halle years ago, we shared the same barber. A classy man he was, an outstanding operation he ran, and the people, like Logan, are professional and dedicated to their craft!

I went into the store and the very nice associate walked me to the car to look at the tire. Within 2 minutes saw the screw in the tire. Tire was repaired within the time frame quoted. And now the most important thing…. NO CHARGE!!!! Every associate very professional and nice. Highly recommend ❤️

I arrived unannounced without an appointment but I was quickly worked into the schedule! In less than 2 hours I was out the door and headed for the Interstate to try out my new tires. The balancing was excellent! The only problem I'll have with these tires is staying awake!

Ordered new wheels and tires from DT and had them installed on my Jeep Gladiator. Team did a great job and accommodated a short notice request. Great overall experience.
