I've purchased several sets of tires here and their rates are very comparable. It is the excellent customer service that brings me back. I have even brought in my travel trailer tires with a valve issue and they fixed for free. Can't beat that kind of service. Great team. Always friendly and helpful and detailed, and not pushy in sales. Just give you the facts to make an informed decision. Highly recommend!

Like I said earlier I love Discount Tire, you can't beat the warranty and prices. I have been coming to Discount Tire since you opened the Dayton Mall store, and bought many there, I think I bought slew of tires for my 2003 Suzuki SX that I Bought new, my 66 Comet my dad bought new, and all my other tires. I sure did like getting my tires sypped to improve my traction, I miss that service, but you discontinued it!

Unbelievably kind and serviced my car after hours. I highly praise the service and help I got. The young man , I’m guessing is the Mgr…was so very nice. I will return and highly recommend this store. Thank you for the help ! No charge … unbelievable especially in this day and age. He told me it was on the house and to come back…, I will!!

This is the only time I wasn’t satisfied with mostly the wait time, Things happened that was out of my control. But was happy with customer service communication of what to expect next in progress.

Excellent experience, very knowledgable and personal staff. A/C in the store wasn't working so they were working out of trailers, but they definitely worked with what they had and made the best of it. Will be returning.

I have purchased tires from DISCOUNT TIRE for over 40 years! I rarely find companies that place as much emphasis on customer satisfaction as DISCOUNT TIRE. Keep up the great work! Discount Tire is my prefered tire vendor!

Stopped in on 3/31/25 to get TPMS sensors replaced in all 4 tires. Was greeted by Aaron who got us logged into the system and promptly informed us we had an issue with our Nokian Entyre CS branded tires. After installation of the TPMS sensors were completed. Aaron noted the appropriate information to generate a warranty claim with Nokian. Aaron contacted us the following day with the approved warranty refund details and assisted in ordering the replacement tires, to be installed on 4/5/2025. Thank You Aaron !!!

The tire techs didn’t screw in one of the valve cores all the way. Came out the next day to a flat tire. Had to take the tire off the car and take it back up there. All 4 tires are over inflated based off what the sticker on the inside of the car door recommends. Shop seems to have a lot of young guys that wanna rush through it like NASCAR. Just slow down and do the job right. Other than that, it was pretty seamless. Dawson was easy to work with. Happy with the tires.
