Lately, this store has not been as good as in the past. I've been a long time customer of Discount Tire so I am very familiar with how they do business and usually fair. Lately, that has not been the case in more than one instance. It's very disappointing.

Noah, Adriel and John were great and ALWAYS do their best to be accommodating and informative.

I brought 2 of my 3 cars in for tire rotation and TPMS checks. The salesperson was efficient and told me exactly the cost. Service was done quickly.

The work performed by the technicians may have been accurate, but the complete lack of communication and documentation made the entire experience fall apart. I was told a force balance was performed on my vehicle, yet I have no way to verify that, and their system does not reflect that it was ever done. I was also told I needed a new rim, but no evidence or explanation was provided. I was initially promised same-day delivery and installation of the replacement rim. However, the rim did not arrive that day and was delayed by four additional days. During that time, the shop made no effort to contact me with updates, leaving me waiting unnecessarily on the first day. When I reached out multiple times for updates, I received little to no useful information. I was eventually given a delivery date, but the rim actually arrived the day before that, further highlighting the lack of accurate communication and making it difficult to plan accordingly. Even after the work was completed, I was not provided with any documentation of the services performed, aside from a receipt for the rim and installation.

Assistant Manager was short and rude on the phone and they said the problem was something it wasn't. Tried upselling me on a new tire when mine didn't even have 200 miles on it.
