Great place to get tires at a good price

I made an appointment, I showed up on time, my car was taken into the shop within 5 minutes. They repaired my tire and they didn’t charge me a dime. They were very busy that day but because I had an online appointment I went right to the top!! Very nice people and service. Wont go anywhere else!!!

I always appreciate Discount Tire's prompt service. I have had to use their tire replacement coverage many times, and my store's inventory always has the tire I need on-site. Staff are very accommodating and have great attitude with customers.

Chuck and his pit crew are always concerned about safety. The lugs on my wheels were in bad shape and needed a hammer to be removed. Knowing this would be bad if I had a flat, they informed me and replaced them. Having the right crew on your side makes a big difference! Thanks DT.

Went for a free tire repair, left with a free TIRE! Removing the nail made the hole worse, but Discount Tire still replaced my tire at zero cost to me! I am so impressed and definitely will consider Discount Tire when I'm purchasing tires in the future! Thank you!

From the time I got there until I left, I was treated with respect and care. I brought in 4 flat tires on rims, and they got the new ones on, after cleaning and de-burring the rims. Fantastic timing and service. What ANY STORE should allow to achieve.

Discount Tire, My wife and I were traveling to Mt Pleasant Michigan for our daughter's college graduation service. We were at or near Perryburg, Ohio when I received a warning light indicating a low tire pressure. I googled a tire repair center and Discount tire located at My Store: 27135 Crossroads Pkwy. - Rossford popped up. So I proceeded there and was met by a service technician who said we will get you fixed up and on your way. Mind you, it was late on a Friday afternoon and the place was busy. The technician also told me it would be less than hour and true to his word, they delivered my repaired tire and car. Upon asking for a bill, they said "No Charge!" I was completely stunned and insisted upon paying for the repair. The team simply said, "please consider us for your next tire purchase." I could not believe what I was hearing and to see the person in charge. When the boss showed up (I believe his name was Eric or Chuck) I said please let me pay for the repair to which he politely declined and said it's on us. I ask if he and the staff were able to accept a gratuity and he said yes. I gave him enough cash to buy dinner for him and his team. Their generous act during a very busy and hectic week for my wife and me was AWESOME! You see, in addition to the graduation we have been in the middle of relocation and building a new home. None of which has gone smoothly so we were stressed out while dealing with the emotions of our youngest graduating college. Their simple gesture during what has been a tough time for businesses and families meant so much to my wife, Dona and me. These men and that team should be commended and receive a pay raise for their ambassadorship of your brand. They embody customer service and I applaud you and your company for hiring such talented individuals. I was traveling through Ohio on my way to North Dakota had a couple bad tires on the front although the store couldn’t help me get two more of the tires I needed after dealing with them for a few minutes I ended up buying four new tires. It’s nice to know you have people in your stores that are really serious about taking care of the customers kudos to your employees from the front desk to the garage.

Friendly staff. Ordered wheels and tires for my truck on the internet. When I arrived to the store my tires where already mounted and balanced on the new wheels. Just had to wait for a bay to become available. New wheels and tires where installed in ten minutes.

This location was VERY busy the day before Thanksgiving but every single employee was working extra hard to get customers in and out in a timely manor and delivering quality product & service! Highly recommended. I have purchased a lot of tires from this location and have had zero complaints and/or issues with employees or product.

Very kind and professional staff. Techs knew how to properly and safely do their jobs. Was notified immediately of any issues (broken and corroded TPMS valve stem) and replacement was fairly inexpensive and in stock.

I had a slow leak on one of my tires. It turned out to be a rim leak. Discount Tire fixed it - for free! - and I got to watch the whole process. I was impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency.

Fair prices, Jeff takes the time to make your experience a very pleasant one. They are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile, even though they are not commission based. Only issue i have ever had was John, comes off as rude and never enough time for you. Overall always a great experience will definitely continue to get my cars done at this facility.
