Discount Tire Bartlesville

Discount Tire store opened in my city in the fall season, 2019. I first assumed that the name "discount" meant cheap, shoddy tires of low quality from China with poor service that matches Walmart Tire and Lube reputation. When I needed vehicle tires I would review the corporate web site but was not ready to make a purchase. In November 2023 I needed 2 tires for minivan. I decided to give Discount Tire a chance and taked with store personnel. Personnel were knowledgeable and pleasant with which to work. Tires had to be ordered and wait time was several days. After a few days I was contacted that tires were available for mounting at store. Drove vehicle to store and arranged for mounting. Wait time minimal, courteous service and I was on my way. I was impressed with the service; better than expected. In October, 2005 my Jeep vehicle had developed a slow air leak in a tire. I decided to take the vehicle to Discount Tire as advertisement was that tire repair would be free. In the process of removing the wheel nuts technician discovered that corrosion had deformed decorative lug nut caps ( manufacturer poor design defect) and made it very difficult to dismount wheel. Travis, customer service, explained the situation and could replace the defective wheel nuts with genuine, solid aftermarket wheel nuts that would eliminate the problem. He negotiated a reasonable price for the replacement wheel nuts and there was no extra charge for labor. I was quite impressed with this attention to detail and satisfying the customer. Current experience with local store in September, 2026. I needed 2 replacement tires for my Jeep. I did my tire research online and came to the conclusion that Discount Tire had the best tire for my vehicle at a reasonable price point. Tallked to Travis at local store and told him exactly which tire I wanted. He did not try to sell me something else, either higher or lower in price. Tires ordered, mounted, quick courteous service. Unless store policy or corporate policy changes I will always consider Discount Tire for tire purchase.

Excellent experience. Knowledgeable staff and not pushy. Great turnaround time. I would definitely recommend.

It's was a good experience. I didnt have to wait on someone to help me. They saw me coming and dealt with the matter right away. He was nice and explained everything thoroughly and how long it would take. Everything was precise.

A wonderful place

Very poor costumer relations no communication. Not a friendly place. Was before the new crew on my last visit.
