Your book on torque spec for cars is wrong for my car. Your book said 80 lbs. It is 45lbs. But before John looked up off you site 4 lugs were ruined . Store said they would replace them. Waiting on that now. The manager and employee named John were both nice.

I was in and out faster than I had expected. Service was great and the people were very kind.

I was drop in customer with a warranty question / problem. I really was not anticipating how helpful she was. She handled my concerns with no stress, mad the adjustment and a new tire in stock. We had a brief wait time since we were a 'drop in' the day after Christmas, but is was not a long wait. The team did a great job.

I enjoy the all-star store in Bartlesville, They are polite and go out of their way to help. The Phantom A/P tire they sell has been a good buy for me. The price is affordable and the performance had done me well as my business has me doing many highway miles in all kind of weather, and these tires have been great. A bit noisy on certain roads but I am a happy traveler.

I felt they listened to me and was very respectful in letting me know what was needed.
