The staff is amazing! I had two vehicles serviced on the same day and both appointments the team had me in and out in a flash! I was out of my second appointment and on my way home before the time I had originally scheduled. The team was professional and courteous. They were kind and respectful. I highly recommend the Discount Tire team off I-240 and Shields Blvd. Go see Calvin Day and crew!

I've bought new tires from the Discount Tire store, on I-240 and Shields Blvd, multiple times, over the past 10 years. I've always been able to setup an appointment, for very soon in the future, which is helpful. They install my new tires while I wait, which is very helpful. They install my new tires very quickly. They patiently answer all of my questions. They are friendly and polite.

I started my perches online, when online couldn't answer my questions. I then went to the call center with a wonderful person named Sonia. She was very helpful and really patient with me and my questions, super nice. Sonia not only answered my question, but then proceeded to help me complete my perches so I didn't have to go back and forth. The entire experience was relaxed and effortlessly Thank you Sonia. My appointment was for 12:45 pm at the store to have my tires installed the next day. It turned out that my doctors appointment that morning didn't take as long as I thought. I asked the guys at the Shields store if I could come in early. They were more than happy to take care of me at that time, which made it very convenient for me. While there I perched extra coverage on the tires that I didn't see online because these are going on my wife's vehicle who will be traveling a lot. All the guys at the store were very polite and friendly. From the time I walked in until I left was about 30 minutes. That's really good considering there was about 10 people there and people coming in all the time. I have been doing business with Discount Tire for many years, since the early 90s. From my experience I believe I will be for many more to come. Thanks you, to all who were involved.
