We were traveling from VA to CA and had a flat tire. These folks reassured us it was not a problem. In less than 45 minutes we were back on the road at no charge.

The staff is amazing! I had two vehicles serviced on the same day and both appointments the team had me in and out in a flash! I was out of my second appointment and on my way home before the time I had originally scheduled. The team was professional and courteous. They were kind and respectful. I highly recommend the Discount Tire team off I-240 and Shields Blvd. Go see Calvin Day and crew!

I've always been able to setup an appointment, for very soon in the future, which is helpful. They install my new tires while I wait, which is very helpful. They install my new tires very quickly. They patiently answer all of my questions. They are friendly and polite.

I made an appointment expecting timely service, but still ended up waiting over an hour before they even started working on my car. What made it worse was the constant pressure to buy new tires. I repeatedly told them I was only there for the two tires I had already paid for, but they would not take no for an answer. It felt like they were more focused on upselling than actually providing the service I scheduled. Initially, they told me my current tires were fine. But after I made it clear I wasn’t interested in buying more, they suddenly changed their tune and claimed my tires weren’t good anymore. That inconsistency felt dishonest and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was disappointing. Poor time management, pushy sales tactics, and lack of professionalism. I’m very unhappy with the service and won’t be coming back.
