Staff is attentive and informative. I booked online to save wait time and upon arrival was informed that they’d fallen behind schedule and my wait was going to be longer than expected. In the end they were able to perform the service in 2/3rd of the estimated time and ended up being done a half hour earlier than I expected! Always pleased with the service, promptness, and customer care.

This was my first visit to Discount Tire. I'd like to start out by saying that I am very impressed with Mr. Ace Cruz, the Senior Assistant Manager. He helped me get the exact tires and wheels that I wanted. I initially placed my order on-line. There were delays in receiving the tires and wheels due the recent snow and ice storms. This was not Discount Tire's fault. The tires I wanted were either sold out or on back order from the MANY other retailers that I shopped at before making my Discount Tire purchase. Not only did Discount Tires have them, but I got them at a great price. The same was true of the wheels. These were a clearance item and I wanted them for my winter tires. Mr. Cruz was able to get them for me as well. In addition he kept me informed of the progress of the tires and wheels being shipped across the country. When I arrived at my appointment, I was told it would take about an hour to install the wheels and tires, which it did. While I was there waiting, I had the opportunity to watch all of the staff members interact with their customers both in person and on the phone. Once again, I was very impressed with excellent customer service that the staff was providing to their customers. Everyone was courteous, friendly and professional. It was obvious that they do care about their customers and that they would do anything and everything in their power to help their customers get what they wanted and needed. So, I went ahead and bought a second set of tires for our SUV at that appointment, as I found out that our current tires were running very low on tread. Normally I would have shopped around, as I had until April to find those tires. However, after receiving excellent customer service myself and watching others get the same, I decided that this Discount Tire location is my new place to buy all of my tires. Thanks again Ace! You are the reason that I will be buying tires for all of my vehicles at Discount Tire. I really appreciate the fact that you really went out of your way to help me. I really appreciate it!

I got a nail in my trailer tire and it started to go flat just before 6 PM, the team at Discount Tire on Lancaster Dr NE in Salem, Oregon not only got me in, but found me two new tires to replace the worn out ones on my trailer and got them installed even staying past close to do it. I definitely recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks to all.

I ordered trailer tires online. Received a call the following day confirming my appointment and order They gave me an estimated arrival date for the tires, since they weren't in stock. Got a call on the expected arrival date confirming that the tires arrived on time, and verifying the appointment again. I received a few reminder texts to verify my appointment. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, got checked in, and was told where to park my horse trailer since it would be easy to block up the communal parking lot without their guidance. The crew came out and made careful, quick, and detail-oriented work of my tire replacement, even asking my preference on where I wanted the wheel weights (hidden on the inside or wherever the tire machine said). I was greeted by a manager at one point, and he was very enthusiastic about my choice of tire brand (Carlisle). It was very good to hear his glowing review and personal history with Carlisle tires (uses them repeatedly on his personal trailers). It was a very professional and thorough experience. They even offered to double check the tire pressures in my truck since we were headed on a 4 hour road trip in a few days' time.

Purchased tires online and made a reservation. From the moment I drove into parking lot they jumped into service. Driving a dually it took them approx 45 minutes to mount and balance (6) tires. I've purchased several sets and have always felt great service and price. Unlike Les Schwab you get major label tire at a great price versus a private label 2nd line tire priced higher.

The people that work at the Lancaster Salem, OR. store are all rock stars. They all stayed well after closing to finish my pickup. I very much respect and appreciate the customer service that this store shows to everyone who walks thru the front door. That's probably the biggest reason I go back there everytime. My initial stop at the store was virtually a drop-in, though I did call ahead. I was looking for an analysis of RV tires. Received excellent service. That resulted in ordering tires online and making an appointment online. I arrived a few minutes prior to the appointment and was surprised that work began within about 5 minutes. I then followed the progress on the text app. The work of installing 6 tires on our RV was completed within 1 3/4 hours. Much better than I expected. Excellent employee service. I have already shared my positive experience with friends.

Bought new truck tires on-line and made reservation. Reminders via text prior to appointment and I Was met as I got out of my truck before I got in the store. In and out in less than an hour and staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I showed up with an urgent need to get 4 tries and get back to work, I got everything done and drove away with 4 new tires installed in less than 45 minutes total. I know that's not typical but I'm super happy they were able to accommodate my urgent need at that time.

My experience couldn’t have been better. Shop rep met me as I entered the parking area. He led me to the check-in area and explained the the process. I mentioned I had an appointment and it wears smooth sailing from there.

Everyone is professional and polite that work at the Lancaster store. They respect their customers time and hard earned money and I appreciate that.

I was running a few minutes late for my appointment. I called the store to let them know I would be late. They told me no problem, they would see me when I arrived. They weren't joking. I pulled into a spot out front and before I shut my car off there were 3 employees there. They greeted me, double checked who I was and then began to check the current tires on my car and brought me inside. They gave me a wait time of about 30 minutes. At first I was skeptical given my past experiences at the Yellow tire stores. Before I knew it they were backing my car out and giving me my keys back. It was my first time at a Discount Tire, and to be honest it was the best experience I have had at a tire shop. Only thing the yellow store has is a popcorn machine... and I do like popcorn.

This Discount tire store is just as good as my regular America's Tires store (Calif) if not better. Service was quick and fast, great job.
