New Tires and Wheel Store in Pittsburgh, PA 15237

I am a returning costumer. The service and attention I received were good. My complaint is that my vehicle was finished in a reasonably short period of time but the associates did not notify me of its completion. They were aware that I was waiting in the store. By my estimation from my receipt, I waited at least 40 minutes longer than I should have. I was the one that looked in the parking lot and saw my vehicle was finished. When I went to the counter, I mentioned that "it appears that my vehicle has been finished but no one told me as I waited." No response or explanation was given to me. Upon exiting is when I discovered the needless excessive wait time I experienced. It was not a good reflection on your structure of organization or efficiency. I know that you are usually better than that.

My low score is based on the manager and his concern over his Hair DO and not over servicing the customers.

Great crew! My appointment for 3pm, arrived 15 minutes early, and I was immediately greeted by Ben. My truck was immediately driven into a bay and 45 minutes later I had 4 new tires on my 2022 Ram 3500 Limited Longhorn. No TPMS lights even though I was told there might be. Balance on the tires were perfect. No shake on my 1 hour drive home. I even accelerated to 85mph to check out the balance. Tire pressure was exactly what I requested and I was asked about my wiper blades and if I needed an alignment. I drive 1 hour to this Discount Tire store, because of the service I received from the manager and the staff. Outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Knowledgeable, Clean garage area an Great staff inside and in the Garage they all were respectful an aware of the vehicle being worked on.

Extremely friendly and professional! Very nicely dressed! Over all great experience! And quick!
