About Our Tire Shop

Welcome to Discount Tire in Ross Township! We’re Pittsburgh’s specialists in rims and tires and proud to be the first Discount Tire store in Pennsylvania. Visit us for a free tire inspection and air pressure check!

Our store is located on McKnight Road (U.S. 19 Bypass), right across the street from Jim Shorkey North Hills Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.

Our technicians perform expert work on your vehicle in our six state-of-the-art service bays. Services include wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, repair, and winter tire changes. While you’re here, relax in our showroom and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi.

Great place for tire service when I pulled up in the parking lot I was met by sales associates I explained to him my problem I'd had he accessed this situation and took right care of me I was there for 15 minutes and I noticed inside the garage that they had their crew that was changing tires and doing everything in a professional manner it was like I was at the Indy 500 when your crew just jack your car up three or four of them on each tire in boom in and out you get Great service I'll be going there again and again and and will recommend their service to all I know Good job discount tires

I had the occasion to visit your store on McKnight Road today. I was helped by Kaleb. I asked to speak with you before I left but you were busy on a conference call. I know that sometimes they take a long time and had to leave before you got off the phone. I asked for your email and so the reason for this email. I wanted you to know two things. First Kaleb is a very good customer service person. Personable, professional and efficient. He also discovered that when my tires were installed by one of your sister shops one tire was not installed in the correct orientation, he saw an Inside notation on the tire that was on the outside. After running a number of companies in my career I know how hard it is to find great employees and I think you have one. And second upon watching your staff everyone was very active doing their jobs. I know that you probably deal with a lot of difficult customers, and it is always nice to hear when your employees are doing a good job. Keep up the good work.
