James does and excellent job. Their Wi-Fi was down so I asked if I could set everything up on line and he said yes. So I set everything up online and online showed me availability and then let me know each step of the way.

Timely service, staff patient and helpful. Setting an appt seemed to reduce wait time. It is a popular business.

The staff is friendly and experienced, Even when the store is very busy, they try to take care of everyone with courtesy and respect. Don't even think of going anywhere else. The shop is clean and the waiting room is spacious and ice cold on the hottest days!

Well they didn't have all the tires I wanted in stock so they had to order them and they would be in the next day. So I had a staff member call me to confirm my order and to let me know when they arrive so I could have them put on the same day. He said he would look out for them and give me a call when they arrived . But I never got the call but got a text telling me my tires had arrived and for me to schedule a time for them to be installed the same day . So I set time of arrival from 4:00-4:15. When I get there to check in I'm told that the system didn't show my appointment and that it would be at least 4hrs. I had to have them put on cause I wasn't able to come back before Tuesday so I agreed to wait because home was about 45-50 mins away . Then he came back later and told me actual wait time is more like 2hrs 45mins. Still a long time but oh well. Once they pull my truck in they tells me I need new lug nuts which he made it sound like it was real bad. $80+ for lug nuts! Once they got me ready had to turn around so they could reset my TPS. I purchased the same tires but the old ones ride lot better than the new ones .
