I needed a specific tire for my Infiniti Q50S and Robert and Mark were very friendly and helpful in ordering the tires and scheduling an appointment for me. They were very busy, but handled customers quickly and professionally. The price was very fair compared to other service centers who charged over $100 more per tire.

The customer service is outstanding - my first experience with a tire store. I had always gone to Honda dealerships - which are very HIGH Preasure Sales. NONE of that at Discount Tire! Discount Tire is the winning place..... Eric was extremely helpful obtaining the service I needed. Thank you Eric!

I had my tires rotated and there was an issue with a bolt and lug nut. The technician, Richard, took the time to explain the situation well enough that I could relay it back to my husband (who normally handles car maintenance issues). I appreciate that he took the time to listen to me relay it back so I understood what he was saying and suggesting. I’ve always had good service. I do highly recommend booking a time online if you can before going. It sped up my wait time significantly!
