Discount Tire Beaufort

My tire pressure light came on, so I pulled into Discount Tire. I was promptly greeted by a store associate. I explained the problem and the associate checked all four tires, and found a nail in one. The tire was fixed within 30 minutes and I was on my way home! I've bought several sets of tires over the past 10 years for our family's cars and I appreciate the prompt friendly service I always receive at Discount Tire. Highly recommend them!

I needed new tires for my daily driver car. After checking a few websites, Discount Tire had the best price for the tires that I was looking for. I scheduled the appointment for after work. I was greeted warmly by Trinity when I entered the store. She confirmed my appointment and let me know that I would be back on the road within the next hour. After sitting in the waiting area for about 20 minutes the technician (I didn't get his name) came and found me. He informed me that things were going smoothly and I should be out of there within the next 15 - 20 minutes. True to his word 15 minutes later he brought my car up and handed me the keys. So far the tires are great, no issues with the ride or road noise. Definitely made me want to be a return customer.

My concern was taken care of right away

I drive past many tire stores to do business with Discount TIre. These guys know their products, they seem interested in helping out customers and I like that they seem to keep their advisors longer than most other retail stores. When I book online they get started on my car right on time and they provide accurate wait times - so I can plan the rest of my day.

No one loves to go to a tire shop, BUT, if I have to go, I will always go to Discount Tire. Everyone there is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and I always walk away feeling confident about my purchase and the price. They get things done efficiently and create a great atmosphere in the store while you wait. Thanks guys!

Took to long two and half hours with appointment

We have purchased tires from one of the Florida stores , to better explain my wife had to have a tire addressed while out of state and all employees were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. They were swamped and fit her in. I was not with her and I really appreciate staff being so kind and helpful. You guys are awesome. Thanks, Tony

I ordered and scheduled my appt online - arrived at store at my scheduled time. Greeted by a friendly associate who took my keys and gave me an accurate estimate of time it would take. We went across the street to eat dinner, and by the time we were finished, my vehicle was ready to go. One of the best experiences I've had buying and getting tires installed.

Highly recommend. Fixed my flat tire at no cost. Will give them my business when I need new tires.

The times I need to go there , everyone is patient and understanding.

I was driving from NC to FL when u had the unfortunate experience of blowing a tire on the interstate. It was after 6pm, so we had the vehicle towed to this store and called first thing the next morning. They answered the phone just before 8am and had the tires we needed in stock. They were able to install 4 tires and had us back on the road before noon. The great customer service and speedy service is something that I already have, and will continue to boast about for years to come. Thank you all so much!

You cannot go wrong with this store and these people. If you need wheels or tires go there.

Always honest and being a woman, sometimes people like to take advantage of our vulnerability , in my case, of not being so “auto savvy” and this place , so far, hasn’t had me purchase or make a decision that is unnecessary.
