I hate buying tires... but when I do it's only at Discount Tire! These people are awesome!

The staff is great, and the store reps and mechanics are courteous.

Very friendly, professional staff. Especially the assist. manager. Anthony Fransen. Knowledgeable, coueteous and helpful . He even went, I thought, out of his way to change my old spare tire for the only good tire that I had left after I bought a set of new tires. Out of all the Discount Tire stores that I have visited, this one is now my favorite. Just good people who seem to care.

Convenient and quick service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I called beforehand and my tires were ready when I arrived at my appointment. They were very efficient and the time it took to complete the work was shorter than expected. I will definitely go back to this store when my other car needs new tires!

I made my purchase and scheduled my appointment online. My wait time and completed service time was acceptable. Although the store was very busy with customers, the staff assisted them smoothly and continuously. However, I was surprised by the playful and loud horsing around by the technicians in the bay area while working. Upon completion of my service and departure, I had to return my vehicle shortly thereafter, due to my TPMS warning light being continuously illuminated. My wait time upon my return was acceptable and the problem was explained and rectified. Also, upon returning home, I noticed that all of my stem caps had not been replaced. Therefore, I feel if there was less horseplay in the bay area and more attention to detail, missing parts and a return trip would/may not have been necessary.
