Showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment and a associate took my truck right in before I entered the store. The check-in was done in the parking lot. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I will always use Discount Tire, especially the location on Longtown road.

Very good experience. Used my warranty for new tire replacing a damaged tire that could not be patched. Received a brand new tire at a fraction of the price. So thankful I took out the tire warranty!
