The young lady was great. Was able to plug and patch to get us back on the road to make it to VA in time for our grandsons football game. Store in Mechanicsville called Florence and ordered the tire ahead of time. We had the tire replaced the next morning. Total efficiency!

I didn't even have to get out the truck, and an associate was there to assist. Allowed us to take pictures of the old tires, to send to Michelin, since we were over mileage on them. Was treated like royalty the whole time. Will recommend any and all to this location

To me, this one is above all the rest in a few areas: friendliness, timeliness, giving each customer the individualized time he/she needs, explaining their services and your vehicle’s needs in a way that is easy to understand, and zero pressure to purchase what you don’t need.

Discount Tire does not make you feel pressured to buy extras or overcharge. I was very pleased with my purchase.

They just take your money and don’t air your brand new tires up, then ask your age and gender on you determining what tires you need when searching online. Why does that matter anyone can read google and do their own research between prices.
