Great customer service everyone was nice and friendly. They do not have you waiting long. It's someone there to help you from start to finish.

I had a great experience buying tires at Discount Tire earlier in the year and just recently in getting a tire and rim replaced. Dave assessed the need explained the need and options and it was a low stress experience getting new tires and repairs.

What I noticed was all the employees looked like they enjoyed helping people!

Easy buying tires

They seemed to be efficient and knowledgeable. Did as required to replace my tires. Listened to my concerns. Only rated store cleanliness a 4 star as they are under renovation. Make an appointment for faster service. Store a little hard to see from highway so slow down when GPS says You are there! Overall good experience.

Always a good experience at discount tire

Store was in the middle of a major remodel but employees were doing their best under the circumstances. I made an appointment online and they were ready for me. I was there less than an hour to get 2 tires on. I had a leak in one of the others and they found it and repaired it too. Would definitely choose them again when buying tires.

Best tire buying experience! From friendly, helpful staff during initial call to the te who assisted during my scheduled appointment, every single team member was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. The weather was horrible. The Libby was full. The team still maintained a sense of professionalism and moved through the service efficiently!

Good exerience

I scheduled an appointment online for the Congaree location in Greenville, SC, to replace all four tires. I arrived at the scheduled time. I asked the counter associate to take care my rims wouldn't be scuffed, because a previous visit at another Discount Tire ruined one rim and cost me over $800.00 to replace it. When my vehicle was pulled up front, I didn't notice that the technician hadn't taken the 4X8 sticker off one of the tires, nor had he put stem caps on two of the tires. And the finish on two of my rims is nicked pretty severely. When I got home, I spent 30 minutes trying to remove the sticker. I went back to the Congaree location the following day. By that time, the sticker had collected rocks and debris on my new tire. I explained that -- if the technician didn't care to properly do the steps that I could see -- I had no confidence that he'd done the things I couldn't see. The counter associate assured me they'd confirm all my tires were properly installed and balanced. He also promised to remove the sticker and adhesive. I had to leave my vehicle a second time and pick it up four hours later. Nothing had been done other than putting stem caps on all four tires. Now, the 4x4 adhesive patch has embedded rocks into my new tire. The rocks are cutting into the rubber and will prematurely age the tire. I gave Discount Tire two chances. The company used both chances to prove their quality decline is now the norm rather than the exception. Discount Tire has lost my business and earned this review.
