I had a great experience buying tires at Discount Tire earlier in the year and just recently in getting a tire and rim replaced. Dave assessed the need explained the need and options and it was a low stress experience getting new tires and repairs.

What I noticed was all the employees looked like they enjoyed helping people!

They seemed to be efficient and knowledgeable. Did as required to replace my tires. Listened to my concerns. Only rated store cleanliness a 4 star as they are under renovation. Make an appointment for faster service. Store a little hard to see from highway so slow down when GPS says You are there! Overall good experience.

Store was in the middle of a major remodel but employees were doing their best under the circumstances. I made an appointment online and they were ready for me. I was there less than an hour to get 2 tires on. I had a leak in one of the others and they found it and repaired it too. Would definitely choose them again when buying tires.

Best tire buying experience! From friendly, helpful staff during initial call to the te who assisted during my scheduled appointment, every single team member was kind, knowledgeable, and respectful. The weather was horrible. The Libby was full. The team still maintained a sense of professionalism and moved through the service efficiently!

It was easy….went on line and selected the tires I wanted, booked a time for installation, showed up on time, and it was completed in 45 minutes….again, it was easy!

I was in a time crunch due to an impending trip and nervous about traveling with a tire that had recently been punctured. They backed my appointment up a couple of days so that I was sure the vehicle would be ready for our trip.

I had an appointment went before arrival. The longest part of the wait time was getting checked in because it looked as if all hands was on deck the day I visited. The manager and assistant manager were both working in the shop. After getting someone at the desk he took my keys Checked me in and I was out tires rotated and balanced in about 30 minutes. They were great. Had never used an appointment before think that’s the way to go. You’re in and out. Thanks Discount Tired.

My first discount tire experience was due to the fact that no other tire shops in my area are open on Saturday. I don't want to take off time from work in order to spend money, it is counter productive. Every Discount tire I have visited provided great service, I choose this store as it is closest to my house and has never done anything to make me want to shop elsewhere.

Two things: 1.) they should have shown me the bad tires. I didn’t think about it until after I left the store. 2.) I could have left the store without paying for two of the tires. The attendant didn’t even realize until I mentioned it.

Great service by all staff. Slow leak in tire (screw) repaired and all tires balanced and rotated in less than an hour.

Prices for same tires blew away my former tire shop, and after purchasing on line and checking in online when I arrived the store employee meet me at my truck before got my mileage and walked me to the customer seating area

Very helpful, because of the past tires I have bought from them . They gave me one free rotation and balance on my 2014 Highlander that I bought this past year. So please w the customer service.

I had my spare on my truck. Knowing how busy they I mention they could just but the spare in the bed of my truck and I will take care of it. Instead they put the spare back in its place. I was very please with the service.

I have been a customer since moving to the Greenville area, and have been very impressed with their service and repair/replacement policies. I would always recommend this store for any tire needs.

I paid for two tires online and set an appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early and was on the road 45 minutes later. I witnessed the sales manager being VERY patient with another customer who was having difficulty understanding recommendations. This place earns your business.

Discount Tire continues to be an absolute pleasure to do business with. It is the only place that I will be buying tires for the rest of my days so long as there is any possibility of getting there to do so.!

I was able to figure out with the help of Rodney what tires my car needed over the phone, set up an appointment and the price he quoted on the phone was exactly what i was charged. Everyone was helpful, kind and courteous. I was immediately helped when I came in and all my tires were changed, balanced etc and I was ready in about 1 hour!

We were at a meeting and headed home. Discovered a soft tire. Both the concierge and parking valet recommended Duscount Tire. We were a walk-in. I made and appointment with one of.the Discount tire representatives a couple of days earlier and ordered the tires. When I arrived at the store on the appointed day and time, I was told they couldn't find my appointment. The young man I was dealing with said he would give me the appointment time and that there was one car ahead of me. The car was taken in about a half hour later and the tires were put on my vehicle. The store was very busy and all in all.......I was very satisfied with the results.

Can not handle a heavy flow of customers. 6 people should be able to put out 20 cars an hours for tire changes. They were doing about 7/8 an hour when I was there. Had over 15 people in the red on the queue for being over their expected wait times
